Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities: Provide personal care assistance to participants, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Support with Meal Service: Assist with serving meals and snacks, and ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Escort and Transportation: Escort participants to medical appointments, group activities, and other events, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Contribute to a Positive Environment: Engage with participants, promote socialization, and contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with nursing staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Certification as Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide: Possess current certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish: Speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Experience Working with Seniors: Have a minimum of one year of experience working with seniors or other frail populations.
  • Care and Respect for Seniors: Demonstrate a genuine care and respect for seniors, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
