Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies tailored to each retail site's customer base, in collaboration with store managers.
  • Manage in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Analyze retail performance data and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies for optimal results.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain visual standards across all retail locations.
  • Coordinate with the retail and marketing teams to launch new campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Report directly to the head of retail, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing, with a strong background in brick-and-mortar retail.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Strong understanding of in-store merchandising, product placement, and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel frequently across the New England area.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Physical Demands
  • Regular travel to multiple retail sites, which may involve long hours of driving and extended time standing or walking in-store environments.
  • Occasional lifting and moving of promotional materials, displays, or store fixtures (up to 25 lbs).
  • Ability to adapt to various physical retail environments, including navigating tight spaces and working in different store layouts.
