The Wautaga Property Management division focuses on the vacation rental segment of the resort.

We are seeking a dedicated Resort Condo Property Manager to oversee a diverse array of management tasks that come with the unique real estate offerings of the resort. The role involves managing both vacation and residential properties, including timeshare and rental management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with North Carolina real estate regulations, particularly the Vacation Rental Act and the Timeshare Act.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with property owners, guests, vendors, and the Property Owners Association Board.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail, contributing to the overall success of the resort team.
  • Utilize effective negotiation and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • A valid North Carolina Real Estate license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Proven expertise in real estate management and a thorough understanding of relevant laws.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
