Job Description

\

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance and Community Standards Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist our Property Manager and Board of Directors with compliance matters, ensuring that our community standards and documents are upheld.

\

Your responsibilities will include inspecting properties, documenting violations, tracking and re-inspecting non-compliant residents, and preparing reports for HOA review. You will also provide excellent customer service to residents, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with TOPS Professional management systems is also desirable.
