Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Mechanic to join our team at Carstensen Contracting, Inc. As a Field Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative, predictive, and scheduled maintenance on heavy equipment, including fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines and heavy equipment
  • Assemble and perform maintenance functions on equipment, including welding and metal fabrication
