Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments and deposits, and run reports to ensure office efficiency.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts, and solve problems promptly.
  • Work Monday - Friday, 8:15AM - 3:30PM.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Must pass Criminal Background Check and have a valid Driver's License.
