Your Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality pest control services to designated accounts within a specific geographical area. Regular weekly meetings at the local office will allow you to plan ahead and obtain necessary supplies for the week's jobs.

After ensuring your vehicle is in good working order, you will follow the assigned route to complete the pest control process, educating clients on proper sanitation and storage practices when necessary. No experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success.

Job Specifics:
Enter and exit structures, crawl spaces, and climb over and on top of structures
Read, write reports, and comprehend pesticide labels and training materials
Utilize OSHA-mandated personal protective equipment
Inspect for pests, pest harborages, and pest entries
Utilize application equipment, inspection equipment, small hand tools, and small power tools
Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, seasonal weather, damp, and dusty locations
Educate clients on proper sanitation and storage practices
Schedule new accounts into existing established routes
Advise clients of the need to perform proper sanitation as part of the pest control program
Interface with supervisors in the areas of sanitation and pest elimination
Interface with the quality control department when needed for training or resolving pest problems

Requirements:
High school education required
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license
Pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test
Available to work Monday-Friday
Attention to detail
Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate smaller spaces
Self-starter who excels in self-directed environments
