1. Coordinate daily production tasks with our international teams.
2. Provide support to the global teams during their visits for on-site assistance.
3. Generate reports detailing production performance metrics.
4. Assist in the procurement of fastener tooling and raw materials.
5. Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics departments to maintain smooth production flow.
6. Engage with suppliers to ensure production timelines are met.
7. Familiarity with leading ERP systems (such as SAP, PLEX) is essential.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operational capacity is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.

- Background in Customer Sales Representation is a plus.
