  • Demonstrated experience in producing technical work products, including construction documentation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in delivering technical and project guidance to junior engineers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred.
