Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team at Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. in Broken Arrow. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain Liquid Injection Tools
  • Conduct machine conditioning and troubleshooting
  • Inspect manufactured parts for conformance to specifications
  • Operate conventional, special-purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers
  • Verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications
  • Notify supervisor of excessive defects
  • Read and understand blueprints and basic math skills
  • Receive training to run various equipment
  • Perform all work safely, following safety procedures
  • Process documentation associated with rework and nonconformance manufactured products

Requirements:

  • Prefer six months to a year experience

  • Starting pay is $18-20 per hour with potential for increase based on performance
  • Wage increases available for strong work performance and solid attendance
