We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team at American StaffCorp Job Board. As a CNC Programmer/Machinist, you will be responsible for developing new CNC programs for production and R&D runs, modifying existing programs for different machines, and performing quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop CNC programs for production and R&D runs
- Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates
- Modify existing programs for different machines
- Maintain tooling database
- Make manual program adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
- Experience programming vertical 3-4 axis mills
- Understanding of G-Code
- Familiarity with MasterCAM and FeatureCAM
- Drafting/3D Modeling
