Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSearching for a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist with experience programming 3 and 4 axis CNC Mills. Responsibilities include modifying existing programs and working closely with R&D to develop new CNC programs for production. This position requires performing quality checks and working with engineers and machine operators.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years CNC Programmer experience, preferred
  • Understanding of G-Code
  • Familiarity with MasterCAM and FeatureCAM  
  • Drafting/3D Modeling experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of technical or associate’s degree
  • Experience programming 3-4 axis mills
  • Manufacturing background in aerospace/automotive/ oil and gas.
  • Computer literate in use of Microsoft Office
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with co-workers and management. 
  • Develop CNC programs for production and R&D runs
  • Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates
  • Modify existing programs for different machines
  • Maintain tooling database
  • Make manual program adjustments as necessary
  • Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
