Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and recommend enhancements to retirement plan structures and administrative features in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators to execute approved modifications to client plans.
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and materials for client employees regarding retirement plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive plan reviews and documentation for trustee and investment committee meetings to ensure fiduciary compliance.
  • Maintain and manage client files, ensuring all relevant plan documents and policies are current and accessible.
  • Oversee general client management and specific projects, including de-conversions, plan amendments, profit-sharing contributions, Safe Harbor campaigns, distributions, loans, rollovers, vesting, statements, and daily inquiries.
  • Provide weekly reports to management summarizing account management activities, investment committee discussions, client feedback, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects through referrals, client interactions, marketing initiatives, cold outreach, and networking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Fi360.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience.
  • Possession of Series 6, 7, and/or 66 FINRA licenses.
  • Life, Accident, and Health licenses required within three months of employment.
  • Proficient in Morningstar, RedTail, Asset Map, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong focus on Relationship Management and Customer Service.
