ABOUT THE COMPANY:
This private practice, established in 2013, has grown to include over 500 staff members supporting more than 200 healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Together, they provide care to over 200,000 patients annually across nearly 100 locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island, offering a full range of primary care services alongside specialized centers in gastroenterology, cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, and more.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The gastroenterologist will manage a variable patient load each day, influenced by the nature of scheduled appointments. The physician will benefit from the assistance of dedicated clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering general outpatient gastrointestinal care
- Evaluating and managing a panel of patients
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
Physicians will receive full support from trained clinical and administrative teams across all practice settings.
The practice utilizes the MDLand Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid medical license in New York
- DEA registration
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
