Our financial advisory team operates under a fiduciary standard. We do more than offer investment insights; we prioritize understanding our clients' financial aspirations and addressing their concerns. The right candidate will possess the capability to lead, mentor, and inspire both peers and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage and educate Sentinel's retirement plan participants to ensure they fully comprehend the retirement plan and make informed decisions.
  • Assist participants in preparing for the financial aspects of retirement.
  • Present the retirement plan offerings through group meetings at client organizations.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants to address personal inquiries regarding the plan or other financial matters.
  • Facilitate webinars to communicate plan details when appropriate.
  • Establish personal relationships with participants.
  • Translate retirement planning concepts into easily understandable terms.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio, including life insurance, long-term care, and disability insurance.
  • Support new sales and market development initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Sentinel's products and services.
  • Proactively keep supervisors informed of significant activities with assigned clients.
  • Office environment; travel may be required.

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 and 65 or 66.
  • Life Accident & Health licenses.
Desirable Attributes:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • CFP designation or interest in pursuing it.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software such as eMoney Advisor.
