About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled TPM to lead our AWS AI Chips GTM efforts. As a key member of the Annapurna Labs team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our AI Chips across various industries and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal and external cross-team technical projects to accelerate the adoption of AWS AI Chips
  • Manage complex customer and partner deliveries to ensure timely and successful project outcomes

About the Team

The Amazon Annapurna Labs team is responsible for building innovation in silicon and software for our AWS customers. We are at the forefront of innovation by combining cloud scale with the world's most talented engineers.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of TPM experience within a large engineering organization
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Design knowledge and expertise to drive technical decisions and anticipate technical risks
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building mechanisms of scale
  • Working knowledge of one or more ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) and ML methods including GenAI foundation models, computer vision models, multimodal techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience with cloud computing and/or related fields
  • Experience interfacing with GenAI/ML customers and partners, with deep understanding of GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate technology and value proposition
