Role Summary:

As the Head of Engineering, you will play a crucial role within the leadership team, tasked with shaping the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our product development initiatives. This position demands a hands-on leader with a fervor for technology, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a solid foundation in software development and engineering management. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Strategy

    1. Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-caliber engineering team, ensuring a balanced mix of skills and experience that aligns with the company’s values.

    3. Oversee team performance, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing performance evaluations.
  3. Product Development
    1. Supervise the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge telecom technology products.
    2. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software releases.
    3. Regularly report on product development throughput and status of ongoing work.
  4. Innovation and R&D
    1. Drive the technical innovation agenda, exploring new technologies and methodologies to maintain the company’s leadership in the telecom industry.
    2. Collaborate with other departments to identify and assess new product opportunities and enhancements.
    3. Lead research and development initiatives to create groundbreaking solutions and intellectual property.
