Job Title: Device Connectivity Lead Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Device Connectivity Lead Engineer to join our team at OSI Engineering. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of device connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of device connectivity solutions
  • Conduct field tests and analyze results to identify and resolve connectivity issues
  • Develop and maintain test plans and procedures to ensure high-quality device connectivity solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of device connectivity solutions with other systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers on the team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in device connectivity engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in team leadership or management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel locally and non-locally as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GNSS/GPS technologies
  • Basic scripting experience (MATLAB/Python/Shell)
