Pediatric Charge Nurse

Swedish Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Charge Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Pediatric Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in the Pediatric Unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses in the Pediatric Unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that the unit runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and unit efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Washington state RN license.
- 1 year of experience as a pediatric nurse, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of pediatric nursing principles and practices.
