Buscamos un Gerente de Seguridad de la Información talentoso y enérgico para unirse a nuestro equipo de operaciones de seguridad. Esta persona será responsable de liderar al equipo de seguridad en la planificación, implementación y operacionalización de controles de seguridad para proteger la red, los sistemas y los datos de SquareTrade. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con varios equipos dentro de la empresa para planificar e implementar estas medidas de seguridad.

RESPONSABILIDADES INCLUYEN:

  • Gestionar un equipo de ingenieros de seguridad en tareas diarias y proyectos a largo plazo.
  • Diseñar e implementar herramientas de seguridad para mejorar la detección de amenazas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener informes sobre la postura de seguridad y vulnerabilidad.
  • Análisis forense de sistemas y aplicaciones.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de seguridad y proporcionar recomendaciones de remediación.
  • Investigar y ofrecer orientación sobre la implementación de mejores prácticas de seguridad.
  • Asistir a organizaciones internas en planes y procesos de remediación.
  • Desarrollar e implementar procesos y procedimientos de seguridad.
  • Liderar proyectos interdepartamentales para implementar nuevas tecnologías.

Calificaciones

  • Comprensión profunda de Linux, Windows y MacOS.
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para organizar y rastrear múltiples flujos de trabajo.
  • El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia con scripting e integraciones de API.
  • Experiencia con Qualys VMDR, Agentes en la Nube, gestión y configuración.
  • Comprensión de políticas, estándares y directrices de seguridad y su aplicación.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Familiaridad con Splunk u otros SIEM.
  • Conocimiento práctico de CVSS y puntuación de riesgos.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia laboral en Seguridad, TI o campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión.
