  • Manage and supervise the daily functions of Property Management teams for commercial real estate.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Services Leadership team to establish and implement departmental objectives.

  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Address tenant requests and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and recommend necessary maintenance.
  • Facilitate tenant transitions during move-ins and move-outs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with property owners.
  • Develop and manage annual financial plans.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and expense payments in accordance with lease agreements.
  • Support property transactions by overseeing the due diligence process.
  • Foster business relationships through participation in industry associations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of CPM or RPA professional designation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
