We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Facilitator to lead and manage agile processes and ceremonies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizing and guiding daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in sprint and release planning activities.
  • Support product backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and prioritization.

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in agile software development.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Preferred certifications in Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Project Management (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).
