Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
