Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Experience in a construction office setting is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with Florida building permits is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with office systems and procedures.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Compensation: **$20-22 per hour**, commensurate with experience.
