Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize offices, patient/resident rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, and lavatories
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space
  • Perform hard-surface floor scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction
  • Ensure all areas are clean and safe for occupants
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
