Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced restoration project manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water, fire, and mold mitigation techniques, including the use of specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive water damage assessments, develop drying plans, and execute drying processes using advanced techniques and equipment.
  • Perform structural drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
  • Handle fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning, deodorizing, and repair of affected areas.
  • Execute demolition tasks safely and efficiently to remove damaged materials.

The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in documentation and reporting, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. Leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and training junior technicians, are highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or Mold Remediation Technician (MRT) are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission paid monthly, health insurance coverage, PTO, and other stellar benefits. A company truck is also provided.
