Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Engage with clients to assess their unique needs and facilitate new/used vehicle sales presentations
  • Collaborate closely with the BDC Manager and fellow BDC sales team members to ensure all sales leads are documented and followed up in the CRM system
  • Execute phone outreach as directed by the BDC Manager
  • Contribute as a team member within the BDC, including cross-training for internet inquiries and phone sales roles
  • Conduct tours of the sales department for service
  • Stay updated on new products, features, and accessories, along with their advantages for customers
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions as required by the BDC
  • Attend regular sales meetings
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various business documents and regulations
  • Strong writing skills for creating reports, correspondence, and marketing materials
  • Effective presentation skills to convey information and address inquiries from diverse audiences
  • Mathematical aptitude for calculating discounts, commissions, and other financial figures
  • Capability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
