We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for integrating security within the DevOps process, ensuring that infrastructure and applications are built with security from the start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement DevSecOps practices to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments, ensuring seamless integration of DevSecOps processes.
  • Conduct security assessments and compliance checks to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Implement automated security controls and vulnerability management within deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with designing and implementing DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools such as GitHub, Terraform, and Jira.
  • Experience with conducting security assessments and compliance checks.
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code deployments.
  • Ability to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an agile delivery team.
  • Experience with presenting technical briefs to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800-63.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and coach technical staff.
