Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Packout and Asset Management Expert to join our team at CRS Cary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and handling the contents of homes affected by fire and water damage.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory management and tracking of salvageable and non-salvageable items
  • Careful organization and packing of items for storage and transport
  • Item wrapping and packing preparation for safe transport

You will also assist with content cleaning and restoration tasks, including ozone room management, repacking and storage, and final cleaning tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A minimum estimated salary for this position is $52,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
