Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist for Pediatrics to join our team at Compass Community Health. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to pediatric patients. You will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote emotional healing and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Active licensure as a therapist (LISW, LSW, LPC, or LPCC)
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Valid Ohio Motor Vehicle License required

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
