Responsibilities- Teach Anatomy and Physiology courses to students in a variety of formats, including in-person, online, and hybrid.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to promote academic success.
- Stay current in your teaching field and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the college's mission and goals.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Science, Nursing, Biological Science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Massage Therapist or Personal Trainer with previous teaching experience in a higher education institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced academic environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $952 per credit for teaching 100- and 200-level courses, and $1,064 per credit for teaching 300- and 400-level courses.
