Exercise Physiologist

ARC Health & Wellness is a specialized medical group serving police officers and firefighters. We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist to conduct cardiac stress testing and cardiopulmonary exercise testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine exercise needs and goals.
• Monitor patients during exercise sessions to ensure safety and proper form.
• Use medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assess patients' health status.
• Monitor vital signs during exercise sessions.
• Provide health coaching to motivate patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
• Certification as an Exercise Physiologist or eligibility for certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience conducting patient assessments and developing exercise programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong organizational skills.

Benefits:

• $27 per hour or DOE.
