As a Golf Clubhouse Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and golf members while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests: Welcome guests with a pleasant smile and superior customer service, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
  • Take Orders: Take orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on menu selections, ensuring that guests have a clear understanding of their options.
  • Communicate with Culinary Team: Communicate with the culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to ensure that guests receive their desired dishes.
  • Process Payments: Present accurate checks to guests and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, including setting up and cleaning tables.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of serving experience in a hotel, country club, or restaurant environment.
  • Certifications: Possess wine, beer, and spirits knowledge, as well as TIPS and Food Handlers certifications.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and bend for the entirety of the shift.
Working Environment
  • Availability: Must be able to work Monday-Thursday.
  • Communication: Able to communicate effectively with guests and other associates.
