  • Tool Management: Assist in controlling tool access and use by maintenance staff to prevent loss or damage.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized working area after repair work is completed.
  • Fabrication and Repair: Assist in fabricating, body repair, and painting to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Mowing Equipment: Adjust cutting units on mowing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training maintenance staff on the proper care and upkeep of golf course equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: May be called upon to operate or train to operate various types of maintenance equipment.
  • Safe Work Practices: Incorporate safe work practices in job performance to prevent accidents and injuries.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma: Possess a certificate or diploma from a college or technical school.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience with small engine repairs and maintenance.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Be bi-lingual in English and Spanish (not required but preferred).
  • Attendance: Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
