Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Brothers Express LLC. As a lead mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of 31 tractors and 70 trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tractors and trailers
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Supervise and assist shop assistants with maintenance duties
  • Use maintenance software to track work performed
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets company quality control
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a diesel mechanic
  • Knowledge of Freightliner and Peterbilt fleets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • CDL preferred but not required
