Academic Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Academic Instructor to join our team at Education & Training Resources LLC. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
About the RoleThe Academic Instructor will be responsible for providing academic instruction to students in accordance with approved curriculum, promoting student achievement, and developing lesson plans.
- Develop and prepare lesson plans; administer and correct tests.
- Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
- Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
- Cordinate with independent living advisors, counselors, and other staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training.
This role requires strong oral and written communication skills, high energy levels, and the ability to engage students. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and active State Teacher Certification, with one year of teaching experience preferred.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the education sector. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
