Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention
  • Lead a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing effective care plans
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Current RN license in our state
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably with a focus on adult mental health
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
