Your expertise will be essential in performing assessments, evaluations, and intakes, while maintaining a client-centered approach with an emphasis on integrated care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct counseling services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and intakes to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Develop and implement creative interventions to modify inappropriate behavior and promote chemically free lifestyles
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment progress
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work) or equivalent experience
- Washington State SUDP License or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of therapeutic approaches and ability to set and maintain therapeutic limits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- CPR/First Aid certification and HIV certification
