As a key member of our staff, you will provide direct counseling services to patients struggling with chemical dependency, working in a one-to-one or group format. Your expertise will be essential in performing assessments, evaluations, and intakes, while maintaining a client-centered approach with an emphasis on integrated care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct counseling services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and intakes to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement creative interventions to modify inappropriate behavior and promote chemically free lifestyles
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work) or equivalent experience
  • Washington State SUDP License or equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of therapeutic approaches and ability to set and maintain therapeutic limits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • CPR/First Aid certification and HIV certification
