About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement EHS Programs: Create, implement, and maintain EHS programs that meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify and assess potential hazards in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS, preferably in the brewing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, workers' compensation law, and industry standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
