Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement EHS Programs: Create, implement, and maintain EHS programs that meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify and assess potential hazards in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate EHS Information: Develop and disseminate EHS information to employees, including training programs, safety meetings, and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain EHS Records: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of EHS records, including incident reports, training records, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Requirements: Monitor and comply with all relevant EHS regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS, preferably in the brewing industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, workers' compensation law, and industry standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
