Job Summary

Onsite Dental is seeking a highly skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for managing patients' journeys from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the patient experience from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless transition through our treatment process.
  • Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients, providing clear and concise information to guide them through their treatment journey.
  • Enter and track patient treatment plans in our computer system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Execute insurance plans and follow up with patients to ensure timely and efficient treatment.
  • Collect payments at the time of service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain Doctor and Hygiene schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Confirm patient appointments, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the Dentist, managing consultation reports and progress, to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Work Accounts Receivable reports as assigned by the Practice Manager, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals.

  • Dental Office Experience Required
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to offering exceptional customer service
