Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Summary
The Lead Clinical Nurse Manager performs direct patient care as the charge nurse and maintains a safe and therapeutic environment in the Cardiology department. This role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills to ensure the quality and integrity of care delivered.

Responsibilities
• Provides front-line leadership and makes decisions for departmental staff
• Develops staffing plans based on patient acuity and oversees day-to-day operations
• Monitors workflow and adjusts staffing to meet fiscal goals
• Coordinates efficient patient flow and ensures timely admissions and discharges
• Participates in department initiatives and process improvement projects
• Assists with occurrence investigations and provides feedback for employee evaluations

Requirements
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing: BSN required
• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
• Clinical Course Certifications consistent with RN requirements
• Advanced Specialty Certification or agreement to obtain within 2 years
