Job Description:

As a Business Analyst at Syntricate Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing and optimizing business processes. Your primary responsibility will be to translate functional specifications into detailed guides for development, examining and evaluating current systems, and identifying their requirements. You will also liaise with users to track additional requirements and features, document interfaces between new and legacy systems, collaborate with developers to produce new systems, and validate changes by testing programs and managing user acceptance.
