We are seeking a highly skilled Service Department Coordinator to join our team at Northstar Heating and Cooling. Estimated Salary: $68,600 - $75,400 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Daily Scheduling: Oversee the daily schedule for the Service Department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks related to the Service Department.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Scheduling Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in scheduling and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Crew Management: Monitor the performance of service technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and colleagues.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
