About the Role

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Garnishment Payroll Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for performing accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries, researching problems, and creating and editing spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Research and resolve problems and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Create and edit spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
  • Act as a lead and provide guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
  • Previous garnishment experience is highly preferred.
  • Garnishment background is a plus.
  • Working experience in ADP portal is required.
  • Ability to work through files for various payroll cycles.
  • Verifying and signing documents.
  • Getting garnishments out in mail every day.
  • No education requirement.
  • AP background is acceptable.
  • Volume of 40-50 letters processing during on-cycle.
