Job Overview

The Property Manager is a key role within our Commercial Real Estate Company, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. This includes managing administrative and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of administrative and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective property management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote well-managed and well-maintained buildings
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of property transactions, including lease agreements and financial reports
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to prepare properties for leasing and ensure a smooth transition for new tenants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to achieve optimum performance and competitive pricing
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly statements and annual budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to real estate and property management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Real Estate license required
  • 2-5 years of commercial property management experience, with a preference for CPM or RPA designations
  • Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements and software such as JDEdwards, Yardi, and Kardin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full-time, in-office position that requires working standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this role.
