Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Audi Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert knowledge of our products, and delivering exceptional sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to create a personalized buying experience.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest Audi products, features, and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for referral business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Availability: Available to work evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Drive for Results: Motivated by financial rewards and a desire to succeed in sales.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Driver's License: Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance required.
  • Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential for this role.
