Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and utilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
