Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at House of Sport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and community organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software applications.
