Job Summary

The State of Hawaii is seeking a highly skilled Public Assistance Data Integrity Technician to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of public assistance data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and transmit public assistance data in online systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in public assistance systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies
  • Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on data integrity procedures
Requirements
  • Two years of work experience in public assistance or a related field
  • Knowledge of public assistance benefits, eligibility, and enrollment criteria
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply policies, rules, and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
