Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role will support our Vascular division by providing technical expertise and product education to customers in the hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical procedure and product expert support to customers in the hospital setting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and hospital personnel
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to discuss their clinical needs and goals related to patient care
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products
  • Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to travel 50% within assigned region
  • Patient interaction experience within a lab/operating room environment
  • Relevant Technical Certification
